Arena Project Space is a new exhibition and forum space that has grown from Arena Publications, a broad left political and cultural project that has been running for over 30 years.

Caitlyn introduced here studio to Arena in June 2011. To kick-start a collaborative design process, Alison, Zoe and Jessie from Arena invited Michelle and Ammon to present a talk at the Arena Project Space on Tuesday 27 September 2011.

The talk described how participation in architecture allows meaningful spaces and environments that are related to people to be built. We also discussed how conflict can be a productive force in the design process.
